Would you like to try yoga? Are you unsure of what to expect? Do you think you’re too inflexible, not fit enough, or starting too late?
This four week Yoga Foundation Course will debunk some of the myths surrounding yoga practice, including the idea that you need to be flexible to start. We will break down the most common postures practised in most yoga classes, learn simple sequences and the benefits of the practices.
Join a group of fellow beginners and gain the essentials to start your yoga journey.
What you’ll receive:
An overview of yoga - philosophy, history and the benefits of yoga.
An introduction to the foundations of yoga practise - asana (physical postures) pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and meditation.
Build the confidence to attend regular classes.
Receive individual attention and support.
Plenty of time to ask questions and space to explore.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners, those returning after a break, and anyone who would like to revisit the basics and build confidence in the foundational postures.
