Join a group of fellow beginners and gain the essentials to start your yoga journey.

What you’ll receive:

  • What is Yoga? You’ll receive a thorough but easy to digest overview of yoga philosophy, history and the benefits of yoga postures and practices.

  • Introduction to the foundations of yoga practise - asana (physical postures) pranayama (breathing exercises), mindfulness and meditation.

  • Build your confidence. Get ready to attend regular classes.

  • Receive individual attention and support.

  • Plenty of time to ask questions and space to explore.

Testimonials

Ashley’s Beginners Yoga Course was a fascinating journey through yoga history and philosophy as well as covering some very useful basic shapes and transitions. Ashley shared her knowledge with insight and humour. The resources she prepared are helpful and good to refer back to later on too. I took this course when it first went online and, although I missed being in the same space as Ashley, the content and delivery were all still excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone either new to yoga or wanting to refresh themselves about it.
- LUCY, 2020 BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE STUDENT

I really enjoyed the introductory classes and they were a good taster to the world of yoga. Ashley’s instruction was calm and clear. I would recommend the classes to anyone who was interested in trying out yoga for the first time.”
