We also offer sessions in Thai massage, Reiki, and Mayan healing techniques as an optional extra during your stay. Sink into deep relaxation and healing in the capable hands of the multi talented Lorena Salm.
Lorena has lived and worked in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico since 2012 and has studied with multiple Mayan and South American healers in traditional and energetic healing techniques. She also helped to open and then manage Yäan Wellness Energy Spa in Tulum, which was awarded as one of the 8 best spas in the world by Conde Nast in 2016. She has also trained in Thai Yoga Massage of the Nuad Thai Boran lineage, which works to liberate both the physical and emotional bodies.
She will be offering support and her healing services as a complement to our yoga and meditation practices.
